Faulty items can be exchanged for the same item, also within 14 days of delivery and you may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

must contact us at orders@heavydutytoolshop.com within 14 days of delivery to request
any return or exchange. When we receive your request, we will tell you
the steps to follow. Keep in mind that all items need to be returned in
their original product packaging to the return mailing address we
provide in order for us to begin refund or exchange processing.
To
calculate your handling and delivery fees, add the item or items to the
shopping cart and click the "Calculate Delivery Fees" button in the
lower right corner.
We
ship our items using a variety of shipping methods. Once an order has
been placed on our web site, it starts being prepared for shipment
almost immediately, and we are therefore unable to cancel most pending
orders. Once your order ships, you can expect to receive it typically
within 5 business days. We will contact you if it will be significantly
more than that.
Once
your order ships, you can receive shipment tracking information through
the payment service you used to pay for your order, such as PayPal.
